We sure do! Postage will be automatically calculated at checkout.

RETURNS


Returns must be booked within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email orders@cheep.com.au to confirm your return. 

Items must be returned in original condition - this means unworn with tags still attached and in its original packaging. 

Please note there are NO RETURNS ON VINTAGE ITEMS 
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we also can't accept returns on jewellery (earrings & necklaces)

Due to these delays, we have decided not to offer Express Shipping at this time.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE?

If you have any issues with your parcel, just get into contact with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help track down your missing parcel 


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Depending on your location and the value of your item, customs and import duties may be charged. If that is the case, it is your responsibility as the receiver to cover these costs.
